- All drivers must still have an annual/full membership in the SCCA.
- Adult drivers can choose to do an SCCA Regional Drivers School either using their Driver’s License, or a Novice Permit.
- Minor drivers with a driver’s license (typically 16+) need all the appropriate minor waivers but can choose to do an SCCA Regional Drivers School either using their Driver’s License, or a Novice Permit.
- Minor drivers without a driver’s license (the 14/15-year-olds typically) will still need to have an SCCA Road Racing Novice Permit.
