We are using Speed Waivers for the waivers for this event to minimize person to person contact. To use speed waivers, you must have a smart phone. Be sure to sign your speed waiver before you get to the event so that you can breeze through. Speed Waiver can be accessed HERE

Those over 65 may be required to work. We will do our best to accommodate those with special work requirements.

New Drivers (less than 5 events, or new to SFR)

We want you to have the best possible experience at every event. SFR's novice program provides experienced instructors who will help you before, during, and after the event. To help us help you have a fun day, please be aware of the following:

(1) After registration closes, but before the event, you will receive an email outlining what will happen during the event, including special notes relevant to that particular weekend.

(2) Please attend the novice course walk at approximately 8:20am from the start line. This will be an opportunity to walk the course with one or more experienced instructors. You will learn the fastest way through the course and have the opportunity to learn about event procedure - remember there are no dumb questions, we are here to help.

(3) During the main drivers meeting (mandatory) at approximately 8:45, you will meet the full team of instructors for the day and go through a final novice meeting before the event explaining safety and work processes.

(4) Instructors will be available when you run, don't be afraid to ask for help and be open if an instructor asks to ride with you.

(5) After the event you will receive an email follow-up and a brief survey. This is our way of keeping in touch with you to ensure you had a great time and if not, to collect feedback about how to improve for the next time.

Please contact Praneil Prasad ( for any novice-related questions before or after the event.

If you're new, be sure to register for the novice class!
