The Washington DC Region of SCCA invites you to attend the Racing School for Competition License, March 13, 14 & 15, 2026 at Summit Point Motorsports Park.
Please note: This is a Friday evening / Saturday / Sunday event.

Join the WDCR-SCCA for our Racing School for Competition License event for 2026. Registration Fee $540.00 Spaces are limited! Registration closes at 11:59 pm Tuesday, March 10th.
If you need to rent a race car for the event, here is a list of shops that rent race cars.
Everyone is invited to join us on Saturday night for a social gathering.
Please note that access to the Paddock for Racing School will begin at 6 pm Friday 03/13/2026.
We will have 2 MANDATORY classroom sessions for this school. The first will be a Zoom meeting on TBA @ 7 pm and on TBA @ 5 pm. You only need to attend one of the Zoom meetings, and meeting links will be sent separately. The second required classroom will be Friday evening March 13th @ 7:00pm, at the track in the main classroom at the "Tin Shed" (next to where the race cars are teched) which will include a test for all students.

Friday: 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday 6:45 am -11:00 am
Sunday: 7:00 am -10:30 am
This Road Racing school requires all student vehicles meet the SCCA General Competition Rules (GCR) for road racing cars. Please contact the Club Office if you have any questions about your car, or need to rent a car from one of the local shops. If you need to rent a race car for the event, here is a list of shops that rent race cars.
Please visit speedwaiver.com to execute the event waiver. If you hold a 2026 SCCA Annual Waiver, you do not need to use SpeedWaiver, all others must execute this waiver prior to the event. Note: Minors may not use SpeedWaiver.
STUDENTS: A Mandatory Student Packet will be available for downloading. Please read and review these forms prior to the school, and follow the instructors for the test.
Summit Point Motorsports Park is completely cashless. Please be sure to have your credit or debit card with you.
Participants arranging for delivery/drop off of any items to Summit Point Motorsports Park MUST complete the logistics form prior to shipment, and follow Summit Point Motorsports Park’s rules for deliveries.
Unregistered Vehicle pass: Summit Point is now requiring everyone with a golf cart, ATV, or other powered vehicles obtain a pass from the track. The pass is good for the entire year at Summit Point. To purchase your unregistered vehicle pass, the link is here.
